Visa Requirements

Symposium participants from several countries including China, India, etc. need an effective entry visa to visit Japan. Such participants must contact the ISS secretariat and provide your information necessary for the visa application (your nationality, occupation, birth date, age, your name written on your passport, male/female, schedule of your stay in Japan, flight schedule, contact information in Japan, etc.) well in advance of the symposium. The ISS secretariat will send documents required for visa application to pre-registered participants (:only to presenters/co-authors and exhibitors) with payment. The length of stay for the VISA application is limited to ISS2024 period (ex. Dec.3–5 at longest).
