Registration for Symposium
Notes
Considering the current international situation, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan has revised the Export Trade Control Ordinance based on the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Law. The ISS2024 Secretariat shall follow and organize the symposium under the new government policy. The ISS2024 will not accept registration applications by Scientists/ Engineers related to Russian Federation and Republic of Belarus.

For registration, please use the registration form on the ISS2024 website to complete the registration process. Registration is not complete until the registration fee is paid.

About the Receipt for your PaymentÂ
The ISS does not issue receipts for payments. We will use your PayPal statement as your receipt. You can obtain payment details yourself through PayPal, but if you would like payment details issued by the ISS secretariat, please contact us; info4iss[at]iss-secretariat.org.
About Publication fee
The student registration fee includes one publication fee. On the other hand, publication fees are not included in the participation fee for participants other than students. All participants, except students, who wish to submit a manuscript to the IOP Conference Series must pay a separate publication fee.
About the Banquet
Advance registration is required to participate in the banquet. Applications will not be accepted at the reception on the day of the banquet.Â
If you would like to participate in the event, please be sure to apply from the banquet page by November 13th.
Change/Cancellation
If you wish to change or cancel your registration, please contact the ISS office as soon as possible.
