Instructions for Poster Presentation

The available board size is W210 cm x H120cm（W210cm×H210cm in total）.

The reason for securing a wide space is to avoid interference with posters on either side. We strongly recommend A0 landscape size for presentations.

Please mount your material on the board that your presentation ID is posted on. All the material should be described in English. Captions are required for all figures, photographs and tables. Thumbtacks will be available from the symposium secretariat.

All posters must be attached to the designated panels by the session start time. All posters must be removed after the poster presentation period has ended. If the posters are not removed by 5:00pm on the day, they will be disposed of by the ISS Secretariat.

Withdrawal

If you want to withdraw your presentation, please contact the secretariat in advance.
