Banquet Program

All banquet participants are requested to gather in the Garden Room on the 2nd floor of the Shiinoki Cultural Complex by 6:20 p.m.

It takes 10 to 15 minutes on foot from Kanazawa Bunkahall to the Banquet Venue: Shiinoki Cultural Complex.

When you arrive at Shiinoki Cultural Complex, please leave your luggage and coats in the cloakroom located just up the stairs.

Please manage your valuables by yourself.

Advance registration is required to confirm the number of participants. Applications will not be accepted at the reception desk on the day of the event. Please be sure to complete your application by November 13th.

Invited speakers can apply for free until the end of October. If you would like to participate for free, please apply by the end of October. Please note that applications made after November 1st will be charged the same amount as general participants.

The steps to participate in the Banquet are as follows.

1) Banquet Registration using Microsoft Forms

and

2) Payment via PayPal.

Note, If you are joining for free of charge (ex. invited speakers), please complete only step 1).
