Banquet Program


All banquet participants are requested to gather in the Garden Room on the 2nd floor of the Shiinoki Cultural Complex by 6:20 p.m.

It takes 10 to 15 minutes on foot from Kanazawa Bunkahall to the Banquet Venue: Shiinoki Cultural Complex.

When you arrive at Shiinoki Cultural Complex, please leave your luggage and coats in the cloakroom located just up the stairs. 

Please manage your valuables by yourself.

18:20  Gather in the Garden Room (Venue 1)

18:30  Started by Chair of the ISS2024 : Prof. Hiroyuki Ohsaki

18:31  Welcome greeting from Kanazawa University:  Professor Koichi Matsumoto

18:36  Traditional Dance performance by Geiko Kanazawa

18:56  Traditional Dance performance ends.

     → Please move to venue 2 or venue 3

      Venue 2 Event Hall

      Venue 3 Jardin Paul Bocuse Glass side space

     Note : Venue 1 can be used as a storage area for baggage, etc.


19:00  Separate toasts at the 2nd and 3rd venues

       Venue 2 Prof. Koichi Matsumoto (using microphone)


       Venue 3 Prof. Hiroyuki Ohsaki (using microphone)

      *Note: You can sit and take a break at the restaurant side of the Jardin Paul Bocuse

02  Kutani Ceramics Village (九谷陶芸村)

The Kutani Ceramic Village is dedicated to Ishikawa’s local style of porcelain called Kutani ware. 

03  Kappo Miyagawa (割烹みや川)

" Kappo Miyagawa " is a Japanese restaurant where you can enjoy Kagacuisine made with seasonal ingredients from Ishikawa .

04  HakuIchi honten Haku Kokan (箔一本店 箔巧館)

" HakuIchi honten Haku Kokan " is one of Japan's largest interactive museums, where you can learn everything about gold leaf. ( This itinerary includes a gold leaf application experience. )
