Presentation Information

As a general rule, Plenary lectures are 45 minutes (including 5 minutes for discussion), invited talk are 30 minutes (including 5 minutes for discussion), and oral presentations are 15 minutes (including 5 minutes for discussion). The poster presentation is scheduled to last approximately 80 minutes.  All oral presentations must be made on your own computer. If you are unable to use the computer you brought with you, please contact the ISS Secretariat in advance. One laptop PC will be provided at each presentation room, but we cannot guarantee that it will work during your presentation.

If you wish to change or cancel your presentation after the presentation date and time have been fixed, please be sure to contact the secretariat. If you are a no-show without contacting us in advance, your presentation will be treated as REJECTED. Additionally, if there is a no-show presentation, the proceedings will be REJECTED.
