We also accept sponsorships and exhibition fees from companies.

-Exhibition: JPY330,000  (tax included): 1 exhibition booth (approximately 15 square meters) with power supply and table, Symposium participation fee free of charge for up to 2 people, company logo posted on official website, product display on web page

-Sponsorship: JPY300,000 : Symposium participation fee free for up to 2 people, company logo displayed on official website, product displayed on web page

Considering the current international situation, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan has revised the Export Trade Control Ordinance based on the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Law. The ISS2024 Secretariat shall follow and organize the symposium under the new government policy. The ISS2024 will not accept Sponsorship/Exhibitor registration applications related to Russian Federation and Republic of Belarus.
