For all Participants

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your cooperation. The registration process includes application for participation, payment of registration fee, payment of banquet fee, application for presentation (submission of abstract), and submission of proceedings.

All participants are requested to apply for registration procedure. Please apply for participation using the Google Form. If you cannot access the Google Form, please contact the secretariat info4iss[at]iss-secretariat.org. We would provide an alternative. The secretariat will issue your name tags based on this data. Please check carefully for any omissions. Registration fees must be paid using the PayPal system. If the payer and participant are different, please clearly indicate whose participation fee is being paid.

Notes

Considering the current international situation, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan has revised the Export Trade Control Ordinance based on the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Law. The ISS shall follow and organize the symposium under the new government policy. The ISS will not accept registration applications by Scientists/ Engineers/Companies related to Russian Federation and Republic of Belarus.
