Instructions for Oral Presentation

The official language of the symposium is English. Each presentation room is equipped with a projector. Presenters are asked to bring their own mobile PCs for presentations. Alternative Windows PCs are available at Venues A, B, C, and D, but as a general rule, please use your own PC.

Please note that we cannot provide compensation even if the presentation time is shortened due to computer failure. If a problem occurs, the presentation time cannot be extended. We do not offer extensions. Please note that the presentation time may be shortened.
